Awards & Recognition

Future LGBT Leader - I was honored to have been nominated and recognized as a future LGBT leader.  I attended an event in Washington, D.C. where LGBT leaders across the nation met to discuss national LGBT issues. The event ended with a BBQ dinner at the Vice President’s home. I was honored to meet Vice President Joe Biden and his wife.

World Class People - Each year the City of Fort Collins World Class People program recognizes City workers for their outstanding service, their teamwork, their individuality, and their creativity. It’s a chance to show the Fort Collins community who city employees are, not just what they do. Employees are nominated by their peers and selected by a committee of the previous year's award recipients. I was excited to simply be nominated and truly honored to have been chosen. Check out the World Class People Interview I did.

ARMA International Chapter Website of The Year - I was honored to be recognized for my work with ARMA International on our chapter website.  The Chapter Website of the Year award recognizes the chapter (in each of four membership size categories) that has most effectively used its Web page to present RIM, inform members of chapter activities, and promote the chapter, its activities, and ARMA International during the association year

ARMA International Chapter Leader of The Year - Each year the Northern Colorado ARMA board recognizes a member of the chapter for outstanding leadership.  I was honored to have been selected for this award by my fellow ARMA members.

Lead 1.0 Recipient - I was one of eight leaders selected in the City to train in the Lead 1.0 program. Lead 1.0 is a tri-agency leadership program (City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, & Poudre School District). The program includes one year of monthly leadership classes on a variety of topics & leadership coaching. The program also requires participants to participate in a team project. At the conclusion of the Lead 1.0 program teams must present a project that would save our collective government agencies a million dollars.  I was  honored to have been selected for this program.

Client Excellence Award - Awarded the Client Excellence award based on my creation of an enterprise certification program. With the help of cross-functional teams across the organization, we were able to deploy a truly amazing program. The program provided essential training to aid in a significant application upgrade. Award Was Presented By: Sire Technologies

Client Innovation Award - Awarded the innovation award for my project management work on a significant re-engineering & consolidation of the enterprise content management system. Award Presented By: Sire Technologies
